In mid 1800's, rebar was first introduced in the combination of concrete and strengthening of structures. One of the first projects was actually not buildings but concrete flower pots, a slight twist, but still interesting none the less.

Later, in the end of the 1800's the first type of rolled bar was being processed, and in the early 1900's it came to life. Through the early years it was seen as a new process, but with the every growing economies world wide, it was gladly welcomed in the strengthening structures of the world.
